Free U.S. shipping on orders over $150 (after discounts are applied)
We take pride in delivering your orders quickly and accurately. Please review the details of our shipping policy below:
-Processing Time: All standard orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please not that this timeframe does not apply to orders placed during promotional sales or peak seasons.
-International shipping: We currently ship worldwide! International customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout. Due to customs inspections and handling procedures, delivery times may vary, and some orders may experience delays.
-APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses: Orders shipped to military addresses are eligible for multiple shipping options. Please note that delivery to certain destinations may take up to 21 days due to military mail handling processes.
-Shipping Addresses: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately and completely, including street name, PO Box (if applicable), city, state, and Zip code. Fully spelling out your address helps prevent delays or delivery errors.
-Multiple Shipping Addresses: We currently ship to one address per order. If you wish to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
-Business Days & Holidays: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed on the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or on the following holidays:

At Miss Natural Beauty Supply, we strive for perfection and are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and change policy below:
-Used Products: For sanitation and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened or used.
-Return Eligibility: Items must be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. All hair products and accessories must remain sealed and unused to qualify for a return.
-Refunds: Please note that all sales are nonrefundable, except for cases in which Miss Natural Beauty Supply or its associates made an error. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
-Processing Time: Returns by mail may take up to two weeks to be processed for customers in the U.S. and up to two months for international customers. Once processed you will receive an email confirmation.
-Refund Method: After reviewing and approving your return, a full refund for the purchase price will be issued to your original form of payment. Customers who paid via PayPal will receive their refund directly to their PayPal account.
